We mainly carry out, ultrasonic inspection, magnetoscopic inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, PMI inspection, to intercept possible defects that would compromise the safety of processed products.
We provide also componentsheat-treated, to give them mechanical properties in line with those required by the customer, or if it is especially indicated in the technical specifications.
When required, we have treatments performed on machined components that improve their surface characteristics such as wear resistance and oxidation resistance.
With the cooperation of our qualified suppliers, we perform welding activities, nn the framework ofhe creation of prototypes e spare parts or when the construction drawings provide for the assembly of several components machined on machine tools, using this technique.
All of the products we make are obtained from materials certified in terms of composition and mechanical properties. When required we carry out, however, further inspections to ascertain the mechanical properties of machined components and/or related blanks.
Painting is an activity that we handle exclusively through qualified suppliers, so as to issue the customer with a certified high quality product.
