Continuous in-house optimization of Manufacturing Process Plans, allows us to be highly efficient despite the complexity of individual processing steps. Each step, from the creation of the 3D profile, to the grinding activity, is performed on our machines. 
CAD modeling of components is crucial in order to define and optimize all processing steps, thanks to simulations of placements and cycle times.
With the technologies and equipment at our disposal, we are able to handle components of considerable size and weight, developing lengths of 3100mm and weights of more than 1200kg

Valves used in the oil & gas industry are strategically important components. In our company we produce valve bodies from cast blanks, or from forged semi-finished products. Our experience in the field allows us to carry out, on these products, quite complex machining in their execution, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications and tolerances required by the customer.
As in Oil & Gas, in all areas where liquid transportation is involved, pumping systems are the dominant feature., for the most part constiti By centrifugal pumps. In our plant we are involved in the production of the main components of these machines. We have reached a level of expertise such that we are able to process pump bodies , tow boxes and impellers, made from differentse types of material, including martensitic, austenitic and Duplex stainless steels.
We are also present in the gas turbine sector. Of these machines we mainly work on the rings. Such components are often made of stainless steel or materials resistant to fallingre such as Nimonic, Inconel etc. Over the years we have gained great experience with these products and have overcome numerous probleme of lavorability of materials, succeeding in achieving high quality standards.
